Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. FinalPrint is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Pre-orders (FP Reserve)

Pre-orders are charged at the time of placement. Release dates shown are estimates and may change. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Intellectual Property

All content on FinalPrint — including logos, copy, and design — is the property of FinalPrint or its licensors. Game artwork and trademarks remain the property of their respective developers. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

FinalPrint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
