Shipping

All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in the United States. Standard shipping (5–8 business days) is free on orders over $35. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee.

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Orders placed before 12 pm EST on business days typically ship same day.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, visit your order history and select the relevant order.

Damaged or defective items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund regardless of when they were received. Just send us a photo and we'll sort it out.

FP Rewards

Every dollar you spend earns 1 Reward Point. Points can be redeemed at checkout — 100 points equals $1 off your order. Points never expire as long as your account is active.

Bonus points are awarded on your birthday and during seasonal promotions.

FP Reserve (Pre-orders)

FP Reserve lets you secure limited physical editions before they sell out. Pre-orders are charged immediately at the time of order. You'll receive an email notification when your copy ships, which is typically within 1–2 weeks of the official release date.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

Gift Orders

Tick the "This is a gift" option at checkout to include a personalised message with your order. The packing slip will show your chosen gift sender name instead of your account name, and pricing will not be included.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details.
